Polymer cement-based spray material "Refre G Shot"

High-performance special powder resin is blended! It has excellent adhesion to existing concrete and ensures integration with the substrate.

"Refre G Shot" is a polymer cement-based sectional repair material that excels in spray application properties. By simply mixing it with the specified amount of water on-site, it is possible to produce a stable polymer cement mortar. It has minimal rebound and sag during spray application, allowing for a thickness of approximately 30mm to be applied at once on ceiling surfaces. Additionally, subsequent finishing work is easy, resulting in a good finished surface. 【Features】 - Contains high-performance special short fibers, providing high resistance to cracking due to drying and impact. - Contains high-performance special powdered resin, offering excellent adhesion to existing concrete and ensuring integration with the substrate. - Primarily composed of special inorganic materials, it demonstrates stable performance over the long term, with excellent durability and weather resistance. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Proposal] Expecting more lasting weed prevention! Weed control through reinforced fiber mixed spraying.

By mixing Balchip MK and Toughlight RG for mortar spraying, the crack occurrence rate in mortar structures is further reduced!

The mortar reinforcement fiber mixed spraying proposed by K.F. involves mixing polypropylene fibers for mortar reinforcement, "Varchip MK," with crack suppression polypropylene short fibers, Toughlight RG, and spraying them. This method reduces the crack occurrence rate in mortar structures, thereby enhancing durability and lowering lifecycle costs. By performing mixed spraying of reinforcement fibers on slopes and other areas, a more lasting weed suppression effect can be expected. 【Why is the crack occurrence rate reduced?】 Reinforcement fibers have various characteristics depending on their type, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. "Varchip MK" has a longer fiber length and a rough surface, allowing the mortar to cling to each fiber, making it difficult to pull out and providing crack prevention effects (cross-linking effect). Additionally, as the bending toughness increases, it is possible to omit the wire mesh and reduce the spraying thickness. However, since each fiber is long and thick, the adhesion area within the mortar decreases.
